| Abstract: | Having expounded the great significance of scientific development viewpoint and made an exploration into the philosophic basis of scientific development viewpoint,the author of this paper has pointed out that from the philosophical angle scientific development viewpoint equals to dialectical development viewpoint.Meanwhile,the present author has advocated philosophical revolution and elaborated the great significance of research and dissemination of systemic dialectics. |
