摘    要:结构的连续倒塌已成为严重威胁公共安全的重要问题.国外自1968年英国Ronan Point公寓倒塌事件发生以来,已经对连续倒塌问题进行了30余年的研究,并编制了相关设计规范,而我国规范目前尚未规定详细抗连续倒塌设计方法.参考美国国防部编制的《结构抗连续倒塌设计》(DoD 2005)提供的设计流程,对按照我国现行混凝土结构设计规范设计的3层钢筋混凝土框架进行了连续倒塌仿真,分析了其抗连续倒塌能力.并应用拉结强度法和拆除构件法,对该框架进行了抗连续倒塌设计,建立了将国外规范中的抗连续倒塌设计方法应用于我国框架结构的设计实例,指出了其中存在的一些问题.

Abstract:Current ly , the progr essive co llapse of the str uctures has become a serio us threat to the publicsafety . Since the co llapse of the Ro nan Point Tower in United Kingdom in 1968, North America and Europehave researched on this issue fo r more than 30 y ear s and dev elo ped relev ant design co des and designguides, such as GSA 2003, DoD 2005 and EuroCode 1. How ever, codes in China have not yet proposed indetail on the resistance of the pro gressive co llapse. Hence, based on the design process pr opo sed inDoD2005, the capacity to resist the prog ressive collapse of a typical Chinese 3-story reinforced co ncrete( RC) f rame w as analy zed. Then the f rame was r e-designed w ith the T ie Fo rce Metho d and the AlternatePath Method proposed in DoD 2005 to provide ex amples for the prog ressiv e collapse prevent ion design forChinese f rame str uctures. And some problems w hen applying foreign code to Chinese buildings w er e pointedo ut .
