摘    要:为提取废弃光盘反射层中的贵金属银,在常压非高温条件下联合次氯酸钠与水合肼对废弃光盘反射层中的贵金属银进行了提取。研究结果表明,次氯酸钠可使光盘反射层与盘基分离;并将银以氯化银形式析出,再通过氨水与氯化银络合后,与水合肼发生还原反应可将银以单质形态回收,银单质平均回收率高达92.99%。

Abstract:In order to extract the silver during waste CD, simple substance of silver was extracted with hypochlorite-hydrazine under atmospheric pressure and not high temperature. The result shows, the reflective layer and the base plate of waste CD are separated by NaClO extraction method.And Ag were precipitated in form of AgCl. After NH3?H2O and AgCl complexing and Hydrazine hydratethe reducing, Ag can be recycled in form of simple substance. The average yield of silver is 92.99%.
