竖向混凝土结构淋水覆盖养护技术及应用

针对竖向混凝土结构,提出一种淋水覆盖养护方法,即在结构顶部布置泄流管道,以下泄水流为竖向结构面养护覆盖材料;同时基于不同结构的材料、体积差异考虑其养护过程中的温度控制要求。对《建筑施工手册》中的蓄水养护深度计算公式进行修正,给出了淋水覆盖层厚度的计算公式;并以养护某防洪墙面为实例,阐述了该养护方法的实用性与实际养护效果,值得相关养护工程参考和借鉴。

Presentation and Application of Water Drenching and Coverage Maintenance Method for Vertical Concrete Structure

To solve the maintenance problems of vertical concrete structures, this paper proposes a water drenching and coverage maintenance method. This method uses released flow from discharge pipes in the top of the structure as covering material. Considering different materials and volume"s influence on temperature controlling, the formula of calculating the water coverage thickness is presented based on the similar one of calculating the water depth in ponding method in Building Construction handbook. Meanwhile, an example of a blood wall is presented to explain the usefulness of this method and provide a reference for relevant maintenance works.
