| 摘 要： | 提出了一种用ＤＥＡ（ｄａｔａｅｎｖｅｌｏｐｍｅｎｔａｎａｌｙｓｉｓ）模型（Ｃ２Ｒ）评价和控制建设项目投资估算精度的方法。该方法根据拟投资项目在评价模型中的最优目标函数值来判断其投资估算的合理性。最后给出了一个应用案例。
