钻井液堵漏材料研究及应用现状与堵漏技术对策

摘    要:井漏是目前钻井过程中常见且难以治理的井下复杂事故之一,是制约井下安全、影响钻井进度的主要因素之一.复杂地层钻井过程中,常用堵漏材料存在对漏失地层适应性差、抗温性能不佳、承压能力和驻留能力差等问题,缺乏科学的堵漏对策,导致一次堵漏成功率低、堵漏方法难以复制.阐述了桥接堵漏材料、高失水堵漏材料、吸水/吸油聚合物堵漏材料、聚合物凝胶堵漏材料、可固化堵漏材料、智能堵漏材料等堵漏材料的组成、特点和堵漏机理,总结了不同种类堵漏材料在不同漏失类型地层中的应用效果,提出了堵漏材料在钻井液堵漏中应用的技术途径、研发方向及堵漏对策.研究结果对于提高钻井液防漏堵漏效果、促进堵漏技术的发展具有重要的理论和技术借鉴意义.

Abstract:Lost circulation is a common and complicated downhole accident that is difficult to control in the current drilling process, and it is one of the main factors affecting downhole safety and drilling progress. At present, lost circulation materials (LCMs) in the drilling process of complex formations have difficulties in construction, poor temperature resistance, insufficient pressure bearing capacity, poor adaptability and poor retention ability, which lead to a low success rate of lost circulation control at the first time and the method of lost circulation control is difficult to apply to other wells. LCMs such as bridge LCMs, high fluid loss LCMs, Water/Oil absorbent resin LCMs, polymer gel LCMs, settable LCMs, and smart LCMs are described in this paper. The composition, characteristics and lost circulation control mechanism of LCMs are analyzed and the application effect of LCMs in different types of losses is analyzed. The technical methods, research and development directions and losses control countermeasures for LCMs in losses control of drilling fluids are proposed. This study has important theoretical and technical guidance significance for promoting the development of lost circulation control technology and improving the effectiveness of lost circulation control in drilling fluid.
