摘    要:基于高阶FDTD(2,4)方法(时域有限差分方法)和传输线方程研究一种高效的时域混合算法,实现非平行多导体传输线串扰的快速计算.首先,将非平行多导线按照时域有限差分(finite-difference time-domain,FDTD)网格分解成多段相对独立的传输线段.然后,采用传输线方程,构建各段多导线的串扰模型.由于传输线方程的精度取决于非平行多导线的单位长度分布参数,因此,根据平行多导线单位长度分布参数经验公式,推导了适用于非平行多导线的单位长度分布参数计算公式.最后,采用高阶FDTD(2,4)的大空间步长对传输线方程进行差分离散,从而在不影响计算精度的前提下,大幅减少迭代网格数,提高了计算效率.通过理想导电板上非平行多导线不交叉和交叉两种情况下的串扰仿真,与商用电磁仿真软件CST的计算结果和耗用时间进行对比,验证了时域混合算法的正确性和高效性.

Abstract:An efficient time domain hybrid method is presented to solve the crosstalk problem of non-parallel multi-conductor transmission lines (NPMTLs) rapidly, which consists of transmission line (TL) equations and higher order finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) (2,4) method. In this method, the NPMTLs are divided into multiple independent multi-conductor transmission line segments according to the FDTD grids firstly. Then the TL equations are applied to build the crosstalk models of these MTL segments, which are relied on the calculation precision of per unit length (p.u.l) distribution parameters of NPMTLs. Thus, the p.u.l parameters suitable for NPMTLs are derived from the empirical formulas of p.u.l parameters of parallel MTLs. Finally, the difference scheme of higher order FDTD(2,4) using large space step is utilized to discretize the TL equations, which can improve the computation efficiency of this method by greatly reducing the grid number without affecting the accuracy of this calculation. The accuracy and efficiency of this presented method are verified by two crosstalk simulations of NPMTLs without and with crossed lines on the PEC ground by comparing with CST software in the precision of simulation results and consumption of computation time.
