基于三维数字模型的机场场道质量动态可靠性分析

针对民用机场场道水泥混凝土道面在建设施工中检测指标满足施工质量验收规范的前提下仍然存在安全隐患的问题,基于建筑信息模型(building information model,BIM)平台构建的三维地质及场道数字模型,在平台数据管理模块中提取当前施工结构层的可靠性分析数据,耦合机场混凝土道面设计参数作为未施工结构层的已知参数,并结合可靠度分析理论和结构抗力-应力效应概率模型,建立场道质量动态可靠性分析模型,对施工质量进行二次检验,最后对该方法进行了实际验证.研究结果显示:可以得到当前施工状态对整个场道工程可靠性的影响,实现了道面可靠性动态分析.根据分析反馈,及时进行现场施工调整是提高场道工程质量的重要举措.

Dynamic Reliability Analysis of Airport Runway Quality Based on 3D Digital Model

In view of the problem of safety hidden trouble existing in the cement concrete pavement of civil airport runway in the construction under the premise that the inspection index meet the construction quality acceptance standard, 3d geological and digital models of the runway were established on the basis of the BIM (building information model) platform. The reliability analysis parameter data of the current construction structure layer was extracted in the platform data management module. The design parameters of airport concrete pavement were taken as the known parameters of unconstructed structure layer, and the reliability analysis theory and probability model of structural resistance-stress effect were combined. The dynamic reliability analysis model of the airport runway quality was established, and the construction quality was checked twice. Finally, the method was verified by an instance. The results show that the influence of the current construction status on the reliability of the whole airport runway can be obtained, and the dynamic analysis of the runway reliability can be realized. According to the analysis and feedback, timely adjustment of on-site construction is an important measure to improve the quality of the airport runway engineering.
