反井钻机ZX315镐型镶齿滚刀有效钻压分析

摘    要:反井钻机在金属和非金属矿山坚硬岩石地层中钻进井筒时,在因反井钻杆和硐室空间问题限制钻机能力的情况下,经常需要采用略高于有效破岩钻压进行钻进,而通过全尺寸滚刀破岩实验或单齿压入实验可以判断有效钻压.选用ZX315镐型镶齿滚刀和单轴抗压强度141.6 MPa的花岗岩,进行直线往复式滚刀破岩实验对.在25~150 kN不同钻压时,通过观察破岩面、称重破碎岩碴、记录实验数据,分析得到钻压与破岩体积关系曲线拐点,进而获得有效钻压为100 kN,根据钻压与滚动力关系曲线得到滚刀的滚动摩擦因数为0.203,通过对岩石单轴抗压强度和有效钻压的拟合,得到单轴抗压强度与有效钻压的关系公式,可计算得到有效扭矩.通过对不同岩石的有效破岩钻压分析,得到有效破岩钻压与岩石单轴抗压强度的关系,并推算得出ZX315镐型镶齿滚刀的有效钻进钻压近似为岩石单轴抗压强度的75.48%.

Abstract:When the raise boring machine is drilling in the hard rock stratum of metal and nonmetal mines, the power of drilling machine is limited by the pipe and chamber space, it is often necessary to drill with a bit higher than the effective rock breaking force. The effective drilling force can be determined by the full-scale rock breaking test or single bit penetration test. In this paper, ZX315 pick bit cutter and granite with uniaxial compressive strength of 141.6mpa are selected to carry out rock breaking experiment with linear cutting machine. Under different drilling forces of 25kN-150kN, the inflexion point of the curve between drilling forces and rock breaking volume is obtained by observing the surface of the rock, weighing the broken rock debris and recording the experimental data, and then the effective drilling force is obtained as 100kN. According to the curve of drilling forces and rolling force, the rolling friction coefficient of hob is 0.203. By fitting the uniaxial compressive strength and effective drilling forces, the uniaxial compressive strength and effective drilling forces are obtained. The effective torque can be calculated by the formula of effective drilling forces. Through the analysis of the effective drilling forces of different rocks, the relationship between the effective drilling forces and the rock uniaxial compressive strength is obtained, and the effective drilling pressure of ZX315 pick bit cutter is approximately 75.48% of the uniaxial compressive strength.
