Analysis of Energy Supply Characteristics of Combined Cooling Heating and Power System based on EBSILON

Abstract:In order to study the energy utilization characteristics of Combined Cooling Heating and Power(CCHP) system, taking a CCHP energy station as the research object, the models of internal combustion unit, flue gas hot water lithium bromide absorption chiller and heat exchanger module were established by EBSILON software. The Coefficient of refrigeration(COP) characteristics of absorption chiller driven by different flue gas and cylinder liner water sources, and the system integration under different load rates of internal combustion engine unit were analyzed Combined energy supply characteristics. The results show that when CCHP adopts single heat source, the COP value of absorption chiller with flue gas as driving heat source is higher than that with cylinder liner water as driving heat source; under the condition of cooling and heating load at the same time, high temperature flue gas is more suitable for refrigeration heat source, and high temperature cylinder liner water is more suitable for heating source; double heat source driven absorption refrigeration and single heat source are used for absorption refrigeration while compared with one heat source, the COP value and comprehensive energy efficiency reach the maximum value of 1.28 and 92.0% under 75% load rate of internal combustion engine and WY1 condition, and the lowest value of COP and comprehensive energy efficiency is 0.74 and 76.1% when cylinder liner water is used as single heat source to drive refrigerator at 50% load rate.The comprehensive energy supply characteristics of CCHP system analyzed by the model can effectively guide the efficient operation of CCHP energy station.
