沥青路面温度应力影响因素研究综述

摘    要:综述了沥青路面温度应力影响因素的发展现状,总结了环境、路面结构以及材料因素对路面温度应力的影响规律,并对其敏感性进行定性分析总结.研究表明:与温度应力变化趋势正相关的因素有初始温度、降温速率、温差、路面宽度、面层模量、基层模量、面层&基层模量比值、基层&地基模量比值以及裂缝深度;与温度应力变化趋势负相关的因素有日平均温度、面层厚度、基层厚度与面层比热容;泊松比对温度应力的影响较小,可忽略不计.数种影响因素中,沥青路面温度应力对温差、降温速率、面层导热系数及路面开裂情况的敏感性较高.在此基础上,提出后续研究应对沥青路面温度应力进行多因素耦合分析,相关影响因素敏感性全面定性定量分析,考虑不同路面结构的区域特性,基于全寿命沥青路面概念进行全时程时效分析等,以更加准确地把握路面结构内部的应力状况,为路面设计及后续研究提供一定的参考价值.

Abstract:This paper summarizes the development status of influence factors of asphalt pavement thermal stress, and summarizes the influence law of environment, pavement structure and material factors. In the meanwhile, the paper carries out qualitative analysis and summary on the sensitivity of above factors. The research shows that the factors positively related to the change trend of thermal stress are: initial temperature, cooling rate, temperature difference, pavement width, surface modulus, base modulus. The factors negatively related to the change trend of thermal stress are: daily average temperature, surface layer thickness, base layer thickness and specific heat capacity. However, Poisson''s ratio has little effect on thermal stress, which can be ignored. Among several factors, the thermal stress of asphalt pavement is more sensitive to temperature difference, cooling rate, surface thermal conductivity and pavement cracking. On this basis, it is proposed that the following research should carry out multi-factor coupling analysis, comprehensive qualitative and analysis the sensitivity of relevant influencing factors, as well as, consider the regional characteristics of different pavement structures and carry out full time aging analysis based on the concept of full life asphalt pavement. So as to achieve a more accurate grasp of the internal stress status of pavement structure, and provide certain reference for pavement design and subsequent research reference value.
