| 摘 要： | 大量证据表明环境激素可以干扰人类生殖健康和其他动物的繁殖能力。目前有近70种人工化合物被认定具有激素活性，文章认为环境激素可以作用于多种靶细胞，有多种作用途径，包括雌激素的机制、作用、暴露途径和生物检测方法。另外讨论了环境激素风险评估。

| Abstract: | Numerous evidences show that the environmental hormone can disturb the reproductive health of humankind and the multiplication of other animals. At present, there are about 70 kinds of artificial compounds have been demonstrated as the materials with hormone- like activities. This paper holds that the environmental hormone can act on various target cells through various pathways, including the mechanism, effect, exposing path and bio- detecting method of estrogen, and still discusses on the risk assessment of the environmental hormone. |
