| 摘 要： | 以系统和系统工程的理论为基础,从系统特点、结构和功能角度,分析了区域可持续发展系统的特征;从系统内部的区域流、协同作用、反馈机制与多重耦合角度,解剖了系统的运行机理;从系统指标确立、评价方法两方面探讨了区域可持续发展系统的评价过程.

| Abstract: | Based on the systematic theory and systematic project theory, the characteristics of regional sustainable developing system,such as the systematic features,structure and functions were discussed. The running mechanism of the system was analyzed from regional flow, interaction, feedback mechanism and multi-coupling action within the system. The evaluating processes of the regional sustainable developing system were summarized in two aspects of determining evaluating index, evaluating ways of the system. |
