摘    要:"虚拟中性点"法测量反电势过零点是控制无传感器型直流无刷电机的一种常用的方法,文中介绍的是一款基于C8051f310单片机使用"虚拟中性点"法实现的无传感器型直流无刷电机控制器,该实现方案硬件电路相对简单,增强了系统的机械性能。着重介绍在硬件上巧妙地利用了C8051f310的内部资源。同时在软件上提出了改进的三段式启动方法和虚拟看门狗的概念。最后给出了多种电机的测试结果。

Abstract:"Virtual ground" is a method often used in sensorless brushless DC(BLDC)controlling.A sensorless brushless DC controller implemented with the method of "virtual point" based on C8051f310 is introduced.In this method,simple circuits have been needed and enhanced the mechanic performances.IT has emphasized how to utilize the inner source of C8051f310 effectively.Meanwhile,the concept of Virtual Watch Dog Timer and the advanced three-step startup are proposed in software.Finally,the test results have been verified with kinds of BLDCs.
