内外膜独立供油径向浮环动静压轴承静特性优化分析

摘    要:动静压浮环轴承在高速、超高速旋转机械中的应用非常广泛,轴承的摩擦功耗是制约转子性能的突出因素。本文利用有限元法和复合形法对内外膜独立供油的径向浮环动静压轴承静态性能进行了优化分析,在保证浮环平衡的基础上,以单位承载力下摩擦功耗最小作为优化目标,对供油压力和轴承重要结构参数进行了优化,得到了供油压力、浅腔深度等重要设计参数的最优值,优化结果对于降低高速轴承的摩擦功耗和温升具有重要意义,同时对浮环轴承的结构参数设计有较大的参考价值。
