摘 要: | 烹饪与营养教育专业是新兴本科专业之一,现代化的科学技术与传统的烹饪工艺相结合以继承和发扬中国的烹饪工艺是该专业的特点,如何在实验教学中通过实验项目的设计贯彻这一思想是烹饪与营养教育专业发展所要思考的重要问题。
