居住整体环境的创造—珍珠园居住小区规划设计的思考

作者在获建设部金牌奖的珍珠园试点居住小区规划设计中，将地域的自然要素一人造环境巧妙地结合，创造了有特色的空间结构和形象，创造了场所精神。规划努力创造较好的居住生态环境，布局了渗入居住空间的绿化系统和具有不同领域性的公共活动空间；采取措施减少噪音和有害气体污染；改善了日照条件，使之成为舒适宜人的居住环境。该规划精心构筑了主要的景观轴线和空间序列，创造了具有个性的、优美宜人的环境。

Creation of Overall Residential Environment

In the planning and design of Zhenzhuyuan urban trail residential district which has won the gold medal awarded by the Ministry of Construction of China, the authors integrate the natural elements ingeniously, create unique spatial structure and image, create genius loci. Efforts are made to build the better ecological environment for living. A greening space system is penetrated into living spaces, a series of public spaces of different territory are offered. Measures are taken to reduce the noise and air pollution and to obtain more sunlight. A main landscape axis and space sequence are designed carefully. The beautiful image with personality of the environment is graceful, pleasant.
