| 摘 要： | 日本的高等教育无论是在近代还是现代均取得迅速发展,究其原因主要在于三个方面:注重学习别国发展高等教育的先进经验;强调私立高等教育的作用;重视高等教育法制建设和实施.作为无论是在地理位置还是在文化传统上都具有极大的相似性的邻邦,中国应在这些方面有所借鉴.

| Abstract: | Japanese higher education achieved very rapid development in both modern and contemporary times,the reasons mainly lie in the emphasis on using the experiences of other countries,strengthening educational legislation construction,and at the same time valuing private higher education.Being geographically and culturally similar to Japan,China should draw on the successful experiences in these respects. |
