70例内镜超声检查结果分析及体会

目的 :主要分析内镜超声检查 (EU S)结果及介绍检查体会。方法 :对 70例已行常规胃镜、B超、CT等检查后有EUS检查适应症的患者行 EU S检查。结果 :2 9例食管胃粘膜及粘膜下隆起病中检查出粘膜增厚 3例 ,囊肿 2例 ,平滑肌瘤 9例 ,胸主动脉 2例 ,脾 7例 ;胆胰疾病 2 9例中检查出胰腺癌 5例 ,胰腺囊肿 4例 ,胰腺炎 4例 ,胆总管结石 5例 ,胆总管外肿瘤和肝门处肿瘤各 1例 ,另外还有胸腺瘤放疗后效果及其顽固性呃 口逆原因 ,食管胃癌的侵袭深度及淋巴结转移。结论 :EU S所检查的以上疾病是其他检查所不能替代的 ,并且通过 70例的检查得到了掌握适应症、操作技巧及检查过程中注意事项的多种体会

Analyses on Results of 70 Cases Endoscopoultrasound Examination

Objectives: To find out the diseases suitable for EUS examination and obtain relative experiences of EUS examination.Methods:After conventional stomachoscopy,B ultrasound,or CT examinations,70 cases suilable for EUS received EUS examination. Results: Of 29 cases of esophagogastric diseases. 3 cases were mycoderma thickening, 2 cysts,9 liomyomas, 2 thoracoarterioaorta,and 7 spleen. Among 29 cases of biliary-pancreatic disorders,EUS found 5 cases with adenocarcinoma of pancreas, 4 pancreatic cyst,4 pancreatitis,5 choledocholith,1 paracholedochal tumor and 1 hepatoporatal tumor.Besides,EUS identified other cases such as the effectiveness and cause of intractable hiccup caused by postradiotherapy for thympma, the invasive depth and lymphatic metastasis of esophagogastric cancers,etc.Conclusion: Relative experiences and notions about EUS examination have been obtained. EUS examination is necessary for relevant diseases mentioned above besides stomachoscopy,B ultrasound,and CT examination.
