PTC在肝门胆管癌分型诊断中的应用

目的 :探讨经皮肝穿刺胆道造影术 (PTC)在肝门胆管癌分型诊断中的作用。方法 :2 2例肝门胆管癌 ,15例 (7例拒绝 )术前行 PTC检查 ;其中经右侧穿刺 3例 ,左侧穿刺 7例 ,双侧穿刺 5例。结果 :15例均根据 PTC结果诊断肝门胆管癌并作出 Bism uth分型 ,其中 型 2例 , 型 4例 , A 型 3例 , B型 1例 , 型 5例。结论 :PTC有助于肝门胆管癌的诊断和分型 ,应作为肝门胆管癌诊断和分型诊断首选方法

The Value of PTC in Typical Diagnosis of Hepatic Hilar Cholangiocarcinoma

Objective: To study the value of percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography(PTC) in typical diagnosis of hepatic hilar cholangiocarcinoma.Methods:There were 22 cases with hepatic hilar cholangiocarcinoma. PTC was performed in 15 cases, and was refused in 7 cases. Of 15 cases, PTC was performed by puncturing the right hepatic duct in 3 cases and the left hepatic duct in 7 cases,and by puncturing both hepatic duct in 5 cases. Results: The diagnosis and Bismuth type of hepatic hilar cholangiocarcinoma was determined by PTC in all cases. Among them, type Ⅰ was in 2 cases, type Ⅱ in 4 cases, type Ⅲ A in 3 cases, type Ⅲ B in 1 case and type Ⅳ in 5 cases. Conclusion: PTC can determine the diagnosis and Bismuth type of hepatic hilar cholangiocarcinoma. It should be recommend as the first choice for the diagnosis and Bismuth type of hepatic hilar cholangiocarcinoma.
