马鞭草化学成分的分离与鉴定(Ⅰ)

摘    要:目的 :探索马鞭草兴奋子宫的有效成分。方法 :马鞭草甲醇提取物 ,经反复硅胶柱层析分离 ,理化性质和光谱分析鉴定其结构。结果 :分离获得 6个化合物单体 ,鉴定了其中 3个化合物分别为十六酸 ( )、乌索酸 ( )和 β-谷甾醇 ( ) ,其它 3个化合物的结构待鉴定。结论 :其中化合物 、 为首次从中国产马鞭草中获得

Abstract:Objective:To search for the effective components of exciting the uterine from the aerial parts of Verbena officinalis. Method:Compouds were isolated from methanol extract of the drug by rechromatography on silicagel column,and the structures were determined by physical. chemical properties and spectroscopic analysis. Results:Six compounds were obtained and three of them were identified as hexodecanoic acid(Ⅰ),ursolic acid(Ⅱ) and β sitosterol(Ⅲ). The structures of the others will be identified later. Conclusion:Among them,compounds Ⅰ and Ⅱ were obtained from this drug produced in China for the first time.
