血液流变学及载脂蛋白的变化与冠心病的关系

目的 :探讨血液流变学及载脂蛋白的变化与冠心病的关系。方法 :使用血液流变学仪及全自动生化分析仪 ,对 98例冠心病患者与 80例正常健康者相关血液流变学的指标及载脂蛋白的检测结果进行比较。结果 :98例冠心病患者红细胞聚集指数、全血高切、全血低切、血浆粘度、载脂蛋白 B10 0明显增高 ,而红细胞变形指数 ,红细胞刚性指数 ,载脂蛋白 A1显著降低。结论 :红细胞聚集指数、红细胞变形指数、红细胞刚性指数、红细胞压积、全血高切、全血低切、血浆粘度、载脂蛋白 A1、载脂蛋白 B10 0的检测 ,对冠心病的临床诊断有重要意义

The Relationship of Hemorheology, the Changes of Apoprotein and the Coronagy Atheroscleroito Heart Disease

Objective: To probe into the relationship of hemorheology, the changes of apoprotein and the coronary heart disease.Methods: Compare the test results of 98 patients suffering from the coronary heart disease with those of 80 healthy persons in hemorheology and apoprotein with the hemorhelogical instrument and the automatic biochemical analyzer. Results: The RBC aggregation index, the blood high shear rate, the blood low shear rate, the viscosity of plasma and the ApoB-100 of the 98 patients suffering from coronary heart disease obviously increase while the RBC deformability index, the RBC rigidity index and the ApoA-A 1 reduce.Conclusion: The tests of the RBC aggregation index, the RBC deformability the RBC rigidity index, the hematocrit HCT, the blood high shear rate, the blood low shear rate, the viscosity of plasma, the Apo-A 1 and ApoB 100 are significant in the diagnosis of the coronary heart disease.
