结直肠癌5-FU持续输注化疗

目的 :探讨结直肠癌的辅助化疗新方案。方法 :回顾分析 11例结直肠癌术后 5 - FU联用四氢叶酸钙连续 5天输注化疗病例。结果 :2例 1～ 3级恶心和呕吐 ;1例 2级腹泻 ;2例 1～ 2级口腔溃疡 ;2例 1级白细胞下降 ;1例 1级手足综合症 ;4例静脉炎 ;无因化疗副反应而推迟化疗或减量病例。结论 :5 - FU联用四氢叶酸钙便携式输注系统连续五天输注化疗其疗效已得美国 NIH肯定 ,我院临床经验此化疗方案副反应较小 ,使用方便 ,可提高病人化疗期生活质量

The 5-Fu Continuous Infusion Schedule in Chemotherapy in Patient with Colorectal Cancer

ive: Objective: To study the new adjuvant chemotherapy regimen of colorectal cancer. Methdos: A retrospective study of 11 patients with resected colorectal cancer that received adjuvant chemotherapy with 5-FU and leucovarin continuous infusion for 5 days. Results: There were grade 1～3 nausea-vomiting in 2 cases, grade 2 diarrhea in 1 case, grade 1～2 mucositis in 2 cases, grade 1 neutropenia in 2 cases, grade 1 hand-foot syndrome in 1 case, phlebitis in 4 cases. There were no postponement in chemotherapy and dose reduction of 5-FU because of toxicity of chemotherapy. Conclusion: The 5-FU plus leucovorin continuous infusion schedule was recommended for adjuvant chemotherapy in patient with colorectal cancer in 1998 by American NIH. In this study we observed the side reaction and toxicity decrease and convenience in using this schedule. resulting in a better tolerance in chemotherapeutical course. The rigemen is worthy to generalize.
