低张与加压法静脉肾盂造影的对比研究

目的 :探讨低张静脉肾盂造影的效果。方法 :选择 2 6例静脉肾盂造影患者 ,先肌注山莨菪碱 10 mg,15分钟后静脉注射造影剂 40 m l,腹部不加压 ,摄片若干张 ;选择 2 6例传统加压法静脉肾盂造影患者 ,作为对照组 ,静脉注射造影剂 40 ml,腹部加压 10 .6 7～ 12 k Pa,摄片若干张 ,比较两组显影效果。结果 :低张组显影效果好的 19例 ,差 7例 ;对照组显影效果好的 2 2例 ,差 4例。结论 :两组显影效果无显著性差异。且低张造影能避免加压法的不良影响

A Comparison Between Hypotonic and Pressor Intravenous Pyelography

Objective: TO study the effect of hypotonic intravenous pyelography. Methods: Fifty two cases of intravenous pyelography were evenly divided into two groups, the hypotonic and pressor (the control group). In hypotonic group,15 minutes after intramuscular injection of anisodamine 10mg,they were given 40ml contrast medium by intravenous injection with no pressure on abdomen. In pressor group,they were given 40ml contrast medium with 10.67-12 kPa pressure on abdomen.Then,several X ray films were respectively taken in two groups and their developments were compared. Results:The X films developments of 19 cases in hypotonic group are satisfying, other 7 dissatisfying. Those of 22 cases in pressor group are satisfying, the others dissatisfying. Conclusion:There is no significant difference between two groups in development and hypotomic pyelography can avoid the disadvantageous effects of pressor method.
