| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨降压治疗对原发性高血压患者体液免疫的影响。方法 :测定 34例原发性高血压患者降压前后血 Ig G、Ig A、Ig M、C3、C4水平变化。结果 :各期高血压随着病情加重 ,Ig G逐步升高 ,其它指标无明显改变 ,经有效降压治疗后 ,Ig G等免疫学指标有不同程度下降。同时 ,对使用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂 (ACEI)和钙离子拮抗剂 (CBB)治疗后的两组患者其免疫学指标进行比较 ,发现两组无显著性差异。结论 :降压治疗对原发性高血压病患者体液免疫的指标存在影响

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effect of hypotensor on humoral immunity in patients with essential hypertension.Methods:Thirty four patients with essential hypertension were investigated. Serum concentrations of IgG、 IgA、 IgM、 C 3、 C 4 were measured before and after the therapy of hypertension. Results:With the development of the illness at different stages, Serum concentrations of IgG elevated stepwisely, whereas others changed unconspicuously. After an effective therapy, Serum concentrations of IgG and other immunological indexes decreased to a great or less extend. While comparing the group using ACEI with the group treating with CBB,the immunological indexes had no significant difference. Conclusion:The treatment of hypotensor has an effect on humoral immunity in patients with essential hypertension. |
