| 摘 要： | 目的 :阐述宫腔镜在诊断及治疗宫腔粘连的作用。方法 :采用德国产 Karl Storz全景式宫腔镜及相关手术器械 ,对 30例宫腔粘连患者进行诊断及治疗。结果 :30例宫腔粘连患者在宫腔镜直视下得到确诊 ,治疗后其月经恢复率为 90 % ,妊娠率为 2 1%。结论 :应用宫腔镜对宫腔粘连的确诊及治疗是一种简易、安全有效的方法

| Abstract: | Objetive: To evaluate hysteroscope in the diagnosis and treatment of metrosgnizesis. Methods: 30 cases with metrosgnizesis weve diagnosed and treated by panovamic hysteroscope(Karl Storaz,made in Germany)and corresponding operation instruments. Results: 30 cases with metrosgnizesis were diagnosed dy hysteroscope.the recovery rate of menstruation is 90% after treatment,the pregnancy rate is 21%. Conclusion: It is easy and effective to diagnose and treat metrosgnizesis by hysteroscope. |
