老年肺炎214例临床分析

目的 :了解老年肺炎发病情况及临床特点。方法 :对 2 14例老年肺炎的发病季节、临床症状、实验室检查和治疗进行分析。结果 :本地区老年肺炎夏季发病有增多趋势 (2 9% )。老年组与老年前期组相比 ,发热、胸痛少 ,但精神神经症状、消化道症状、心律失常明显 ,白细胞计数和嗜中性粒细胞分类不高。结论 :本地区老年肺炎临床表现不典型

Clinical Analysis of 214 Cases with Pneumonia in the Elderly

Obejctive: To know incidence and clinical characteristics of aged patients with pneumonia. Methods: Season, clinical symptoms and laboratory examinations were analyzed in 214 cases with aged pneumonia. Results: There was higher incideuce in summer in our district (29%). The elderly group(≥60 year old)were compared with middle aged group(45～59 years old). Fever and chest pain were less, but the symptoms of nervous, digestive tract and cardiac arrhythmia were obvious. White blood cell count and neutrophil differential count were not high. Conclusion: The clinical manifestation of pneumonia in the elderly are not typical, in our district.
