摘    要:利用真空负压整形法和挤压法成功地制备了氧化铝与碳短纤维混杂纤维预制件 ,较好地解决了筒形预制件中混合纤维的分散和预制件成形的难题 ,并利用挤压铸造法和开发的预制件制作了不同纤维体积分数的氧化铝与碳短纤维混杂增强ZL10 9合金复合材料

Abstract:The hybrid fiber prefabricated parts composed of short AL 2O 3 fiber and carbon discontinuous fiber are made successful by extruding and vacuum subatmospheric shaping method.The difficult problem of mixed fiber dispersion and perform shaping are solved well.The ZLl09 alloy reinforced by the prefabricated AL 2O 3 and c hybrid fiber (AL 2O 3 C f) are prepared by squeeze casting method with different fiber contents.
