二并哌嗪的合成与硝化研究

摘    要:由乙二胺与乙二醛的缩合反应制备了二并哌嗪,以硝酸-乙酸酐作用化剂硝化二并哌嗪得到四硝基二并哌嗪。通过研究反应时间,反应温度,溶剂,pH值,料比和加料方式等因素对反应的影响,确定了缩合和硝化过程较佳的工艺条件,两步反应的收率分别达到77%和82%,根据缩合和硝化反应的理论,对实验结果进行了分析讨论。

Abstract:Tetraazadecalin was prepared from condensation reaction of ethylenediamine and glyoxal. Nitration of tetraazadecalin with a nitrating mixture of nitric acid and acetic anhydride gave tetranitrotetraazadecalin (TNAD ). By st ud ying all kind s of fac tors affect ing the reactions, such as the reaction time, the reaction temperature, solvent, pH value of the reaction medium, the ratio and feeding procedures of the reactants, fairly good synthetic procedures were found- Yields of tetraazadecalin and TNAD are as high as 77 % and 82 % respectively.The experimental results are discussed according to condensation and nitration theories.
