国产化超临界CO_2萃取试验装备的研制

摘    要:充分吸取工业先进国超临界CO2萃取试验装备的优点,优化设计了国产化试验装备系统的总体方案.该系统采用隔膜压缩机产生高压CO2,可以对压力、温度及CO2流量等工艺参数实行独立测量与调控,既可常压分离又可带压分离.使用表明,该装备运行良好,总体性能与进口装备相当,并有所创新.

Abstract:The experimental rig for extraction with supercritical CO2 used inChina have been imported. They are expensive. An experimental rig Type6CCT2. 0/31. 4 for this purpose is developed and all its components made inChina. The diaphragm compressor is adopted to generate high-pressure CO2. Theparameters such as pressure, temperature and flow rate of CO2 may be measuredand adjusted independently. The extracts can be separated from CO2 either underthe normal pressure or under the given pressure. In general, the rig operates aswell as the imported ones. Furthermore, it has its own advantages.
