摘 要: | 课程教学模式对开放教育具有重大的理论意义和应用价值,《合同法学》教学模式对法学课程教学模式的构建具有示范效应,开放教育语境下的《合同法学》教学模式应是适应成人学生多样化需求,培养学生能力的多元化的教学模式。
