一种基于小波变换的包络分析法

摘    要:对机械故障中常见的调制信号,包络分析法是一种有效的分析方法,为克服当前的包络分析法需要选择合适的滤波器参数的局性性,提出了一种基于小波变换的包络分析方法,运用小波包将调制信号分解到不同频率段上,提取需要的频率段成分进行重构,对重构后的信号作络细化谱分析就能有效地从原始信号中提取调制信息,仿真信号和实际动用都表明该方法能有效地提取信号的故障特征。

Abstract:Envelope analysis is an efficient approach to analyze the compound signal which is common in machinery fault signal. An envelope analysis approach Based on wavelet transform is proposed in this paper to overcome the limitation of current envelope analysis approach in which the fit filter parameter must be chosen. Compound signal is decomposed in different frequency bands with wavelet packets and then the signal of needed frequency band is reconstructed. By an envelope spectrum analysis of the reconstructed signal the compound signal information is extracted from the original signal efficiently. Simulation and actual use of signal show that the envelope analysis approach based on wavelet transform can extract the fault character of signal efficiently,
