煤矿安全监察网络培训调研分析与探索研究

通过对2011年全国煤矿安全监察人员网络培训效果、培训模式及培训需求的问卷调查,结合开展的学员研讨,分析了煤矿安全监察网络培训存在的问题与面临的困难,分析了培训需求,探索了煤矿安全监察培训模式,提出了解决煤矿安全监察培训困难与问题的意见与建议。指出在煤矿安全监察人员培训过程中,坚持以学员为主体、以问题为导向、开展多样化学习,努力提升煤矿安全监察培训的针对性和系统性,进一步优化网络培训平台,不断探索培训模式,加强煤矿安全监察人员培训教材开发建设,研制煤矿安全监察培训考核大纲,有效地提升煤矿安全监察人员的业务能力和专业知识水平,增强其履职能力。

Investigation and analysis on the network training of mine safety supervision

Through the questionnaire on training effect, training mode and training needs of 2011 Mine safety supervision network training with students discussion, we analyze the existing problems and difficulties, training needs and training mode on mine safety supervision network training. Then discover some solutions. We must adhere to the students as the main body, take prob- lem as the direction, carry out various learning, improve systematic and pertinence of the training, optimize network training plat- form, explore training mode, strengthen training materials development and develop training examination outline. Finally we can effectively improve mine safety supervisors＇ professional ability and professional knowledge level and enhance their capacity of performing their duties.
