碱性无氰镀锌工艺试验研究

摘    要:以DE为添加剂的碱性无氰镀锌小型试验,得到了适合工业化生产应用的工艺配方.重点试验了氧化锌浓度、添加剂浓度、温度以及电流密度对镀层质量的影响;探讨了该镀液在稳定性、导电性、深镀力及镀层结合力和耐腐蚀性能,并与氰化镀层性能进行比较

Abstract:We have studied various facors that influence quality of non-cyanide Zinc plating with DE additions. These factors include concentration of ZnO and additions, temperature and current density. We also have studied stability, conductivity, power of plating bath, and performance of stickiness and anticorrosion of plating layer. Finally, we obtained the optimum process conditions for factory.
