| 摘 要： | 基于系统论的观点，分析农业高新技术系统的内涵、特征、结构和功能，以及可持续运行的条件，阐述高新技术改造传统农业的实质。要完成农业高新技术对传统农业的改造，必须加大政府对我国农业科技的投资力度、进行科技运行体制改革、采取合适的模式让农业高新技术走进农家和因地制宜采取合适的农业高新技术。

| Abstract: | The structure and function of the system of agricultural new and high technologies ,as well as the conditions of sustainable running of the system are discussed. To obtain good performance in the reconstruction of traditional agriculture by using agricultural high and new technologies, more investment from the governments and reform of management system of sciences and technologies are required to be strengthened. The adoption of proper model needs to be more considered for the combination of high and new technologies and local conditions and acceptability of farmers. |
