低温态下内循环流化床烟气脱硫反应及机理研究

摘    要:在新歼发的内循环流化床烟气脱硫装置中,以惰性物质6080目细砂为主要床料,实现了惰性床料在塔内的内循环,促进了传热,传质和化学反应的进行,并成功地实现了低温态(反应温度接近烟气绝热饱和温度)和低Ca/S条件下稳定而高效地脱硫,脱硫效率达90%左右,并对其机理作了初步探讨。

Abstract:In a new internally circulating fluidized bed for FGO process,a large amount of inert masses in the bed, most of which Here 60 ~80 mesh sand, were internally circulated,so the mass and heal transfer in chemical reaction were improved. High desulfuration rate (about 90% ) and stable operation at low temperature (reaction temperature was close to approach - to - saturation temperature) were successfully achieved and the reaction mechanism was primary probed into in the paper.
