MWMPCA方法及其在间歇过程监控中的应用

摘    要:针对传统的多向PCA(Principal Component Analysis)模型间歇过程监控的缺点,提出了一种移动窗多向主元分析(MWMPCA:Moving Window Multi-way Principal Component Analysis)模型.与MPCA方法比较,MWMPCA可很好地监控间歇过程操作的稳定性,在实时监控新的间歇过程时,只需利用已收集到的数据信息,同时还可根据实际反应情况调整主元的选取个数,以得到更好的监控性能.

Abstract:The traditional MPCA (Multi-way Principal Component Analysis) method needs to fill in the unknown part of the process variable from the current time until the end of the batch for on-line monitoring batch processes. So there is not only a greater computational burden, but also a possible deviation between the estimated data and the real data.A new approach to on-line monitoring batch processes is presented. The MWMPCA (Moving Window Multi-way Principal Component Analysis) method which only uses the known data for monitoring batch processes is presented in this paper to overcome the above disadvantages.
