小波消噪和AR谱技术在汽车传动轴故障诊断中的应用

摘    要:为了解决传统的谱分析方法难于提取传动轴振动信号故障特征问题,介绍了小波消噪与AR谱相结合对汽车传动轴振动信号进行分析的方法。通过对处理的结果比较分析,可以看出,传动轴不平衡时,其不平衡能量在其轴频的半频、倍频处表现明显。小波消噪能够有效地消除或抑制传动轴各种噪声,与AR谱相结合,能够为振动信号故障提取提供可靠的依据。

Abstract:In order to trackel the problem that traditional spectrum analysis w as unable to extract the vibration features of transmission easily,was introduce d the method of extracting characteristic information of vibration sign al of automotive transmission shaft by applying wavelet de-noising and AR spect r um. Based on these discussions, it can be seen that the imbalanc e energy was very obvious on the base frequency's half frequency and double frequency wh en the shaft of automotive transmission was imbalanced. Wavelet de-noising can re move and restrain all kinds of noises from shaft of automotive transmission effe ct ively. Combining it with AR Spectrum, it can provide the reliable basis for extracting the features of vibration signal.
