| 摘 要： | 当前, 企业面临的市场不确定因素越来越多,企业竞争力更多地依赖于信任与合作的供应链关系.必须在传统契约的基础上, 提出更具灵活性的供应链契约.讨论了承诺契约的主要概念, 比较了承诺契约与传统契约模式的差异. 引入了一个不确定环境下的两级供应链模型, 分析了零售商向供应商提供购买量承诺契约时, 供应链成员的最优决策. 在此基础上, 研究了供应链拥有两次补货机会时, 承诺契约的应用情况. 最后, 用一个算例对结论进行了说明.
