基层农技员技术推广意愿及其影响因素：来自广东的证据

在调查与访谈的基础上,对广东165位农技员进行统计分析表明,农技员的个人特征、所处的环境特征、对推广的认知特征的不同,其推广的意愿呈现出较大的差别.采用二元的Multinamial logit模型进行回归分析显示,农技员的推广意愿主要受其性别、工作类别、对所推广技术的关注程度的影响.因此,如何通过政策来吸引女性农技员、从事基础研究与试验发展的科技人员更多地参与到农业技术推广工作中,如何吸引更多的农技员关注技术成果,成为相关部门在制定农业科技政策时需重点考虑的问题.

Technology Extension Willingness of Basic Agricultural Technician and Its Influencing Factors: Evidence from Guangdong

The statistical analysis on 165 agricultural technicians based on surveys and interviews in Guangdong shows that personal characteristics of agricultural technicians,characteristics of the environment,extension awareness of the different characteristics,lead to great difference in the technicians’ technology extension willingness.Using dual regression analysis model,agricultural technician willingness is mainly influenced by their gender,type of job,the impact of attention to the technology extension.Therefore,how to attract women technician by policy and those engaged in basic research and experimental development more involved in the agricultural technology extension and how to attract more concerns on technology-related sectors,become issues to be considered in formulating agricultural policies.
