| Abstract: | This paper describes the policy of orphan drugs legal system abroad,and from the perspective of fairness,justice,and civil health protection,comes to the conclusion that we should better establish the criterion of orphan drug,the organization of management of orphan drug and regulations for developing andregistering of orphan drug in China. |
