摘    要:将一定量的氯化镍和ABS树脂分别溶解N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)中,再将二种溶液混合搅拌均匀并流延成薄板.制成的薄板被浸入在一定浓度的硼氢化钠溶液中,薄板表面的金属盐氯化镍被还原成金属镍,这样就制得了具有良好导电性的薄板.本文使用直观分析(VA)的方法研究了影响薄板导电性的因素,诸如金属盐氯化镍的质量,还原剂的浓度,还原时间和还原温度,并对最佳工艺条件进行了探寻.

Abstract:A certain amount of NiCl2 and ABS resin were dissolved in DMF respectively.Then two solutions were mixed together while stirring and flowed and spread to a thin plate.To reduce metal,the plate was immersed in aqueous solution of NaBH4 with a certain concentration.A thin plate with better electric conductibility was made.This study also used visual analysis method(VA for short) to investigate the electric conductibility influenced by various of factors such as mass of metal salt,concentration of reducing agent,reducing time and reducing temperature and looked for the best processing condition.
