| 摘 要： | 高层建筑在进入装饰装修、安装及附属工程的后期施工较前期阶段工种多、专业性强、工序杂、人员杂、工期长、施工管理难度大。工种交叉作业内容较多。既相互独立，又相互联系，处理不当，会前功尽弃。因此，在施工过程中必须强化施工管理。

| Abstract: | The construction management of high-rise buildings is difficult in the late stages of decoration, installation and ancillary works for the comparatively more types of work, professionalism, more complex processes, miscellaneous personnel and longer construction period. There are more cross work, which is independent and interrelated, and if handled improperly, everything will come to naught. Therefore, in the construction, quality management must he stressed. |
