Abstract:The active sludge is studied with more facultative bacteria by artificial sewage.At first,the activated sludge with high nitrogen removal performance is cultivated,where the aerobic heterotrophic bacteria is dominant.The wltivating conditions are:COD loading rate is 1 000 mg/L,NH4—N loading rate is 200 mg/L and dissolved oxygen is 10 mg/L.Then,by controlling the aeration rate of SBR reactors(dissolved oxygen is 2 mg/L、6 mg/L、2 mg/L),we create the environment which is beneficial for aerobic heterotrophic nitro-bacteria,and then confirm their advantageous position.During this period,the sludge settling time is reduced to 5 min,so as to cultivate the aerobic granular sludge,whose main ingredient is heterotrophic nitrification.Finally,the removal efficiencies of COD,NH4—N,TN,TP is 95%,98%,80%,98%,respectively.
