摘    要:利用Fluent软件对油气混输泵单个压缩级和次级动叶轮组成的流场进行定常模拟,得出其内部压力场、速度场及不同工况下整机效率及相对扬程曲线.结果表明,静叶出口角的选取对首级叶轮叶片工作面和次级叶轮叶片背面的流动影响较大,选取小静叶出口角有利于改善泵内部流场分布状况,提高泵的增压能力和效率.

Abstract:The software Fluent is used to simulate the constant fluid fields of the single compressor and the following rotor of the oil-gas multiphase pump.The distributions of pressure field,velocity field and the curves of efficiency and relative head are obtained.The results show the selection of static blade outlet-angle is important to the flow on the pressure surface of the former rotor blades and the suction surface of the latter ones.A smaller static blade outlet-angle can improve the fluid field distribution in the multiphase pump and enhance the compressing capacity and the efficiency.
