测量不确定度的概念和计算方法在物理实验中的应用

摘    要:提出了较为先进和科学的用0.95置信概率表述的不确定度评定方法作为实验测量结果的处理方法。给出了其概念内涵,构成要素及A类、B类分量和合成不确定度的表示方法,阐明了意境次测量和多次测量的不同处理方法,推出了直接测量和间接测量数据的处理方法及传递公式。

Abstract:This leveling method will be used as processing way of experimental results,It provides not only the connotation of concept,key component elements,A,B Components,indicating the way of synthetic indeterminacy and different procession method of single measurement and multiple measurement,but also data processing method of direct measurement and indirect measurement and transfer formulae.In consideration of teaching characteristics,it also offers the simplified formula for the measurement within 8 times.Finally,with some typical examples,it introduces the practical application of this method.
