| Abstract: | Summary Adenyl cyclase activity in isolated mouse liver cell membranes was stimulated two-fold by endotoxin. Furthermore, endotoxin inhibited epinephrine induction of adenyl cyclase activity, apparently through interruption of the phospholipid moiety of the enzyme complex. |
