| 摘 要： | 作为君主专制自我调节机制的言谏制度，谏官机构是唐代监察制度的一个有机组成部分。但是在中国封建社会。谏议并非一种政治制度，其御用性和依赖性决定了它不可能真正构成对君主的监督与制约。文章采用结构功能主义．从规范与实证两个层面对唐朝谏官制度进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The body of imperial admonishers constituted the＇ supervision system of the Tang Dynasty in Ancient China as an advisory body for the Monarch＇s self-regulation. However, in the feudal society, the admonishing body, never supervised and restricted the monarch for its dependency on the monarch and ownership by the monarch. This paper discusses the admonishing body in Tang Dynasty for a regular and empirical perspective of functional structure. |
