杭州模式：构建和谐社会的发展模式

杭州模式是由政府总结和倡导的经济社会发展模式,是构建社会主义和谐社会的有益探索。杭州模式的主要特征:一是民外合璧和以民引外,二是政府主导和市场调节,三是创业精神和文化经济。杭州模式的价值在于,它是以人为本的社会发展模式,也是统筹城乡发展的城市驱动模式,还是生态现代化的模式。在“综合现代化”的背景下,杭州模式的进一步完善应秉持和谐的发展理念,解决发展中的各种问题。

Hangzhou Model: A Development Paradigm of Constructing a Harmonious Society

The Hangzhou model,a paradigm of social and economic development initiated by the government,is now making a valuable contribution to the undertaking of constructing a harmonious society.There are three aspects which reflect the quintessence of Hangzhou model: 1) making private and foreign sectors of economy coexist and attracting foreign funds through private enterprises;2) taking market mechanism as the base,and administrative audit as the leading;3) developing an enterprising culture and encouraging pioneering work on cultural undertakings.Besides,the Hangzhou model is one of social development,which puts people first,balances urban and rural development and highlights ecological modernization.Within the framework of overall modernization,however,the Hanghzou model should carry forward the spirit of Taiji harmony in addressing development issues of various kinds.
