| 摘 要： | 介绍把 NT6 5 78单片机存储系统从 6 4 k B扩展至 2 4 MB的原理 ,且提出具体实现方法 ;提供两种存储器模块切换方式 :程序寄存器模块切换法和直接存储器模块切换法 .并给出了相应的 GAL扩展电路和实现程序

| Abstract: | In this paper is introduced the principle for expanding the memory system of NT6578 single chip microcomputer from 64KB to 24MB,with concrete ways for its implementation given in detail.Two bank swiching processes are adopted,namely,the Program Bank and the Direct Memory Access(DMA)Bank.Also presented are the corresponding General Assay Logic(GAL)circuits and programs for implementaion. |
